Trip Cancellation Insurance Terms and Conditions

Add-on trip cancellation insurance for just $10. If Trip Cancellation Insurance is not applied upon booking, the standard cancellation policy applies. You can only add Trip Cancellation Insurance during the initial booking process. Trip Cancellation Insurance cannot be added after the trip has been booked.

If you have signed up for Trip Cancellation Insurance and wish to access it, you have two options:

  • Request a 100% refund* for up to day-of cancellations.
  • Reschedule your tour unlimited times but no longer receive a refund.

Refunds are 100% minus the $10 non-refundable Trip Cancellation Insurance cost.

You cannot use Trip Cancellation Insurance to request a refund after the scheduled reservation start time has passed.

If you do not cancel, request a refund, reschedule, show-up to your reservation, or communicate with us about your reservation after the scheduled meeting time has passed, you forfeit your ability to receive a refund. You can still reschedule your reservation but will no longer be able to receive a refund.

How to use your Trip Cancellation Insurance:

  1. Use our contact form or call the office at (808)498-1894.
  2. Provide us with your booking number or the name of your party.
  3. Choose either a refund or reschedule and provide the day and times.
  4. We send you a confirmation email.
  5. You have an awesome trip.
