If you have any questions or think they should be added to help out other guests, feel free to contact us, so email, call, text, or tell us when you meet our staff for your activity. We are always looking for ways to improve.

連絡先を教えてください。-お電話でのお問い合わせは、(808)498-1894月曜日から土曜日の午前8時から午後5時まで（日曜日は定休日）です。日曜日や営業時間外にご連絡が必要な場合は、ボイスメール、Eメール、またはテキストを残していただければ、月曜日に折り返しご連絡させていただきます。また、通常の営業時間内であれば、[email protected]へメールをいただければ、迅速に対応いたします。

Can we visit you at a storefront? — Yes come visit us at our shop in Kailua: 134B Hamakua Dr. Kailua HI, 96734. We are open from 8am – 5pm Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

Can you deliver Kayaks to “_______________”? — Generally, the answer is Yes! but we are only allowed to deliver gear to private addresses. It also depends on our schedule and location. Why is there a $76 minimum order for rental deliveries? — We like to remain flexible and agile and that means we expect a lot from our workers. That has a cost, so the minimum order covers our costs and helps you have an awesome time outside.

What kind of activities do Active Oahu Tours do? — We like to create experiences that are fun, free-form, flexible to work with your group, and adapt to your needs. We want to give you a more local experience, so let our staff be your friends in helping you explore Oahu. Many of our experiences are “off the beaten path”, so expect to meet us and do activities in places less traveled by tourists or locals.

What is the best way to get to your meeting locations? — We suggest using a car, that way you have the freedom of driving your own vehicle and have the ability to get a more in-depth view of Oahu & especially Oahu’s North Shore.

A personal or rental 4-door vehicle is required for all rental or self-guided kayaking and standup paddleboarding experiences. We will provide the straps and pads and assist you in getting set up at our storefront in Kailua.
