Your goal is to help the guests feel valued, safe and have a great time.

You are hired for your expertise in customer relations and your experience in guiding personal tours and/or ability to facilitate beach gear rentals with a truck and trailer.

Requirements

You can lift 60 lbs overhead easily
Clean driving record
Experience driving and parking with a trailer
You can work in demanding summer conditions
You love interacting with people
You can be decisive and confident, even under pressure

Ideal Candidates are:

Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid Certified
Reliable
Great Communicators
Technologically capable
Experience with maintenance and physical labor

Responsibilities

Help the guests feel valued
Follow the daily manifest and directions from the manager
Communicate your ETA to guests before you start driving to meet them
Load and unload Kayaks and other beach gear for guests
Deliver and pick up kayaks and beach gear from various locations on North Shore and Windward Oahu.
Rinse the gear at the end of the day
Leave the storage area as clean as or better than how you found it.

Hours

The business operates from 8 am to 6 pm with some rental deliveries and pickups going under or over those normal hours. This can be a flexible position, so we can work with your schedule if you are a great fit.
