About Active Oahu

Active Oahu is a family-owned business, started in 2013, and built to share our Aloha. The owner, Michael Gulden, is an avid outdoorsman who created this company to share his love and appreciation for nature. It’s our belief that as you get outside, immersed in nature, without distractions, you can feel the ‘Aina (Land) and the grounded peace that comes with it. Learn more about Active Oahu.

We help add ease to your Oahu adventures. Our storefront in Kailua offers e-bike rentals, kayak tours, kayak rentals and other beach equipment rentals as well as all the beach accessories you might need at our shop.
